CLL will be participating in CPHI INDIA, scheduled on December 01-03'2009 at Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai (India). CPhI is the leading exhibition on pharmaceutical ingredients and allied industries.
CLL has been approved by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development (APEDA), for Agricultural products Testing. With this approval CLL will be able to cater to the Agri exporter's Group associated with APEDA to ensure the qualitative export of products from India.
CLL is now a member of INDIAN OILSEEDS & PRODUCE EXPORTERS ASSOCIATION (IOPEA). CLL offers dedicated services to assist the analysis need of Oil Seed Exporters and Manufactures.

6. USFDA Approval, 29 Jan 2007
Indore laboratory has been inspected & declared
acceptable Contract Testing Laboratory by USFDA
(United States Food & Drug Administration).
Pursuant to an inspection in January 2007 at CLL's
Indore facility for analysis of pharmaceutical
substances and products, the CLL Indore site has been
declared acceptable by USFDA as a Contract Testing
With this new recognition, CLL has once again proved
that its testing facilities are in line with the
requirements of international regulatory agencies. If

CLL declared a national level laboratory by TUV
Southasia, July 2007
a study of 312 laboratories in India, TUV Southasia has
declared CLL as one of the 5 national level laboratories
in India. The study was sponsored by Ministry of Food
Processing of India (MoFPI). Of the five laboratories
identified as National Level laboratories, three were
public testing laboratories and the remaining two were
government laboratories. The criteria used for this
consisted of various parameters such as laboratory
instrumentation / techniques, number & qualification
of technical staff, laboratory space and resources,
testing services provided, accreditations &
approvals, participation in Proficiency Testing programs

CLL bags 3 tenders from United Nations (WFP), July
Laboratories Limited has bagged three coveted tenders on
India-wide inspection and testing of fortified
products from United Nations' World Food Program. This
marks the entry of CLL in food inspection and testing
for government assisted programs.
EIC approval for CLL Indore, Jun 2007
Indore laboratory has received its renewed approval
from Export Inspection Council (EIC) of India for
testing of milk & milk products, seafood, rice,
water and honey. The above products are under
mandatory certification scheme for Indian exporters.

New Assaying & Hallmarking Division Set-up by CLL
Indore, February 2007
has set up a new assaying & hallmarking center at
Indore for Gold & Silver jewellery & articles.
The center setup with an investment of INR 10 million
will use fire-assay as well as non-destructive methods
(EDXRF) for testing of Gold & Silver jewellery /
articles. CLL will also use laser assisted marking for
hallmarking on finished jewellery. See our Services

CLL celebrates it's 25th anniversary.
22 September 2007, CLL completed 25 years since it's
start in 1982. The anniversary was a major milestone
for us. Each laboratory center had a day-long
celebration with the event ending in a lively cultural
program presented by the staff members.
